As part of our corporate mental health management program and prevention plan, employees recently met at the plant with Chantal Dufort, our workplace well-being consultant, on Wednesday, October 8. These conversations provided a welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions, and receive practical advice on stress management, work-life balance, and daily well-being.
